CrossFit Cody is my gym of choice in Cody, and has become my home away from home over the last 2 years. I started with zero CrossFit experience and have been supported and encouraged to advance safely over time. I highly recommend CrossFit Cody. They have friendly and experienced coaches, a welcoming atmosphere, and their facility and equipment is in excellent condition. I’m from Idaho and while visiting family in Wyoming, I needed to complete a judged CrossFit workout (Open 25.1). I contacted Coach Mindy at CrossFit Cody and she invited me to drop in for my workout. I've been a member of CrossfitCody for 14 years and I absolutely love all the owners, coaches, programing, nutrition challenges...and the gym!!! Our gym was built to be a Crossfit gym, so the layout and the equipment is top notch! 🥰 No gym compares to CrossfitCody! CrossfitCody is THE BEST, hands down, Crossfit gym in Cody!!
