It’s a great place to train; the coaches are excellent, the equipment is in good condition, and everyone is very friendly.
Excellent
Karen, takes her time to teach me proper form throughout the workout and gives positive feedback. Great coach.
I had a great first session with Karen! She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my fitness goals. The workout was challenging but manageable, especially since I’m just getting back into my routine. I felt comfortable throughout the class and really enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to training with her again! 💪🏽😊
Love this place. Coaches and workouts are great! 🫰🏽
