I started going to City of Lakes several years ago. I was very anxious having only a gymnastics background and no CrossFit experience. From the start, I felt welcomed with no judgments for what my abilities were. I enjoy that it is a smaller gym, relaxed with a competitive edge. They get involved in the community and value their members. I wish I could give this place 6 stars! COL has an amazing coaching staff and an even better community. In addition to getting me back in the second best shape of my life after knee surgery, I have made some amazing friendships at COL. Some days, I go to class just to see friends and the top tier workout I get is a bonus! This is the the best gym I have ever been to and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to learn something new, improve their fitness and meet some great people.
