After trying other CrossFit gyms, I have to say I was a bit skeptical when my friend persuaded me to try CrossFit Chapel Hill. But, after a few classes I could tell that this one was special. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community of awesome people who support each other no matter your age, fitness level or goals. Finding a good gym when you move somewhere is one of my non-negotiables, as it always helps a new place feel more like home. And that couldn’t be any more true with CFCH! The coaches are all so personable and attentive, and make class challenging but FUN! I’ve gotten stronger and more confident in my time at this gym and gained some awesome friendships along the way. I couldn’t be more thankful for this place and recommend it to anyone!!
