I got to visit CrossFit Cerberus last week while I was at my kid’s softball tournament, I absolutely loved the experience. David was the best, he made me feel comfortable and welcome. Had an opportunity to participate in a class as a drop in. Brought a bunch of family with us. Great coaching staff… very engaged and clearly had form and safety in mind with a larger group. Other athletes in the Box were welcome and supportive. Great atmosphere, top of the line equipment!! Highly recommend!!
We had a relatively large group drop in from out of town. The coaching staff was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and managed our large class extremely well. There's thought put into the programming, the gym is arranged very thoughtfully, and the members were kind, supportive, and welcoming. My wife and I are CF-L4 coaches who owned a gym for 8 years. If we lived in the area, this would be our CF box!
