I’m traveling and did a drop in. Great gym. Super friendly members. It’s an indooor/outdoor facility which I liked, but it did make for a super sweaty workout!

I started CrossFit here a few months before my 40th birthday and it was one of the best decisions in my life. I’m 47 now and am in better shape now than when I started. I cannot recommend CrossFit Central Burnet Road enough. Walking through these doors completely changed my life and redefined what fitness means to me.
