Very cool spot. It’s a welcoming and vibrant community with a ton of people. The coaches are engaged, convivial, stern when they need to be, and have been very gracious at letting me, an ole ballplayer open gym guy who does their own program, work around them without too much fuss. They are very engaged in the community and with charitable causes which is awesome to see and not something you see at every gym. Love this gym.The HYROX and endurance training has pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. Coaches are awesome and super supportive. I have never felt stronger :) thank you
If you are looking to get some fitnessing in this is the place. Great coaches and family owned. One of the premier CrossFit gyms in Austin.
I was in town over the weekend to visit family and dropped in at CrossFit Central Burnet Road for a morning class. This gym was great. Everyone was very friendly and Coach Carey was amazing. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in town or looking for a CF home. Thanks Carey!!
