CrossFit Newark and CrossFit Cedar Grove are great places to workout. The coaching staff in both locations is very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very friendly and supportive. There are a lot of class times that fit most schedules. I will continue to go the CrossFit Cedar Grove. I have been going for 6 full months now.
I just celebrated 7 years at CFCG! This "box" and community are a big part of my life, and I super happy that I dropped in for the class that changed my fitness for the better. It's all about the coaches, programming, community and pricing that do it for me. Best decision ever.
Great supportive community. Jackie is wonderful. She is an amazing and supportive owner and has done an excellent job growing her caring and knowledgeable staff and an overall crossift community. You can choose to get as involved as you would like or just hit the classes and go. No judgment here. I have always found folks to be supportive and friendly. Love that they have both barbell and CrossFit class options! Everyone has been so warm and welcoming and I’m especially grateful to the trainers for helping me dial in on form and pushing me outside my comfort zone. Love the programming and can definitely see myself growing and getting stronger here.
