The best gym I have ever been a part of! I have been going to Crossfit Canvas for over 4 years, and I can't say enough good things about it. The owners are incredibly nice, down to earth, and inspring! The members are diverse in age and ability, so everyone is welcome. (and everyone is so friendly!) The actual gym itself is brand new. I started again Crossfit around 5 years ago it was Jons coaching style that helped me feel confident in training again. Over the last year I have not been the most consistant for many reasons, but every time I walk in to Crossfit Canvas it feels like I never left. The coaches, members, facility are all great, it is one of the best communities I have been apart of!
Come for the state of the art facility, carefully curated workouts, and the amazing, thoughtful, and encouraging coaches. Stay for all of the above ++ the wonderful community.
