I’ve been attending CrossFit Cambridge since March 2025 as someone who wanted to deal with menopause muscle depletion. This place has met me in this struggle! Every coach has respected me in my less-than-fit state and has never made me feel less than. In addition, they have helped me stay on course through a shoulder arthritis diagnosis. I highly recommend!
Great gym and programing. Very welcoming group of athletes.
