Love this place! The trainers really work with you and make sure you’re taken care of. The workouts push you but in a good way, and I can honestly say I’ve gotten stronger and healthier since I started. Great vibe all around!
Whenever I’m in the Valley, I make it a point to drop in at CrossFit Brownsville. The coaches are welcoming, professional, and always make me feel right at home. The workouts are well-structured and challenging, and the community vibe is second to none. It’s the perfect spot for visitors who want a great workout and friendly atmosphere.
Great gym. Accesible class scheduled and love the fact it’s linked with the wellness spot for the sauna and ice bath
I love this gym..the members and coaches are very welcoming and they explain the workout thoroughly. 10/10.. great place for the entire family
CrossFit was an amazing experience from start to finish. The energy in the gym was unmatched, and the staff made me feel welcome and motivated every step of the way. Coach Robert’s guidance and encouragement pushed me to do my best, making each workout both challenging and rewarding.
