My wife and I were down in Irvine and dropped into CrossFit Brit. We will definitely be coming back if we are ever here again! The gym was clean. The coaching was amazing, super knowledgeable and fun! Thanks Sham for the snatch clinic!
I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The owner and coach, Sham, is absolutely amazing—his approach to coaching is both motivating and thoughtful! I was in town for work and decided to drop in for a class. As someone who’s new to CrossFit, I was a little intimidated at first, but Sham and the entire community of members made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
