Excellent gym, great programming and top coaches. Easily one of the best in Western Canada.
I love this gym! The coaching is top notch. Super positive, encouraging and always willing to work with all ability levels. Workouts are intense, fun and you leave ready to take on the day. I am so happy to have found my new gym home! I want to end to my post from a year ago. All I want to add is - CrossFit works! I absolutely love it. Over two years in and this is the best gym and the best part of my day. Do something hard every day!
CrossFit Brio is my second home and my happy place. I’ve been a member at Brio for over 11 years, a coach for about 8 and have had the opportunity to compete with Team Brio at the CrossFit Games West Regionals in 2016 and 2018. David and Jocelyn are so accommodating, caring, honest and fun! They run a great ship and it shows, as the Brio fam is unlike any other.
