Best place in Saskatoon to get a great workout with phenomenal highly skilled and qualified trainers. Jocelyn and David have created a great community here. I started with the Foundations- 4 private workout sessions to get comfortable with technique and workouts. If you’re considering fitness - CrossFit BRIO is the place to go.
We dropped in to CrossFit Brio while in town for a few days and had a great experience. The gym is spotless, the community is welcoming, and both owners are world-class coaches.
Amazing ! Love it every time ! Joslyn is very knowledgeable and helpful. Check out her podcast brio in the box and visit a wod ! You may even get to meet her at your L1 or L2. Lots of fun to be had and so much you can learn here . It’s a great group of committed CrossFit members many with over a decade experience. Try it out ! What do you have to loose ?!
Dropped into crossfit brio while I was in saskatoon for appointments. Very welcoming, fun, and all around a great fun educational crossfit class. Recommend everyone to stop by to do a class here! I can't wait to drop in again! 5☆review here !!
