At first I was hesitant to join this gym because I was overweight, didn't know good form, and had heard a lot of criticism when people spoke about crossfit, but this place has changed my life! Caring coaches. Very diverse group of friendly athletes. Personally, I have had life-changing physical improvements, including less sicknesses and fewer injuries.
I joined CFBT over two years ago, and I'm completely hooked. The coaching, varied workouts, and community make this such a great gym. It's a nice mix of folks too from many ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. So welcoming and fun!
