We had a great time at Crossfit Breakthrough. The community WOD was upbeat and welcoming.
CrossFit Breakthrough has all I would ever want in a CrossFit gym. Clean facilities, knowledgable coaches, and a friendly/accessible environment. The programming is perfectly balanced and has helped me reach my best ever all around fitness level. I appreciate the thought and detail that Nick, the owner, and all the coaches put into every aspect of the gym and community. Come check it out for yourself!
Loved this gym. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the workouts were KILLER. The head coach Nick really knows his stuff and he’s cultivated a beautiful community here. I’ll definitely be back next I’m in Nashville.
Awesome box! Great welcome and appreciation by coaches for me dropping in to an afternoon class. Coaches are helpful and good trainers. Good and plenty of equipment. Members seem well trained and friendly with one another. Pretty clean bathrooms. It was hot, could use more fans and open doors.
Dropped in and did the 6:30 am class at CrossFit Breakthrough today. Class was awesome! Nate was super helpful and everyone welcomed me. I feel I now have friends there! I will be back!
