CrossFit Brea changed my life in ONE YEAR!!! – CrossFit Brea is not a typical gym with typical trainers owned by who knows who, but its an amazing place where you'll always be challenged, encouraged, supported and loved. The trainers/coaches are amazing too. They know you, your capabilities and they are pretty good at encouraging you to give every workout 110%.
