After moving back to my North Carolina roots three years ago, I was nervous about finding a local CrossFit gym, and now it’s hard to imagine CrossFit without Brave. The community is the best around, the coaches are intentional and attentive and the facility is well laid out and expansive. If you are looking for a local CrossFit gym, give them a try, I highly recommend!

So glad I found this gym! An EXCELLENT facility for CrossFit. LOTS of space. Everyone is cordial and supportive and the coaches are great. Highly recommend this gym.

I started at CFB about 6 months ago, and without question, it has changed the trajectory of my life! I was SUPER bored lifting by myself and found it so easy to deprioritize, but was anxious about trying something new at my age, however, every member welcomed me like I was a friend, the coaches actually coach and got me through my early stages. I'm so grateful to have my CFB family, and I'm killing it!
