I consistently find gracious, professional service every time I go there, from the person who greets me, to my hygenist to my dentist, to checkout. It is a pleasure to actually go to the dentist. BTW, Lori is always pleasant and efficient, but she went the extra mile yesterday to get me in today for a loose filling.
I have received excellent customer service. My visit to your office begins with a very welcoming entrance to highly professional dental care. Although going to the dentist may not be my favorite place to visit, your staff makes me feel very comfortable and have a pleasant experience.
Pam Carter always takes care of me and I have to say she makes it easy to go to the dentist. I never feel anxious or that I'm just a number. This past visit I was also seen by Dr. Quigg for final inspection and had a great experience with her as well. I love the atmosphere of the office and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
Love the environment, technicians, dentists. Have never met an employee who does not have a huge smile whenever I walk in the door! The care, attention to detail are all awesome. What more could anyone ask for!
Matt was, as usual, very accommidating and friendly. He explained everything so I understood and Dr. Bacon was informative as well. Diagnosed my problem and got me a prescription for the problem. Thanks for the great service.
