As soon as I walked into Branson Dental Center, I felt welcomed. The decor is very inviting with soothing music in the background. The staff was very professional. Even while I was in the dental chair I had a beautiful view of trees out the window with soothing music in the background. Made dreading going to the dentist much more pleasant!
I was greeted with a friendly smile & given a bottle of water! ! ! Everyone I came in contact with was so very friendly & helpful. Matt was awesome cleaning my teeth & I love having the same person everytime for my cleanings! Loved everything but the pricing! ! ! ! ! Thank you! ! ! !
The people at Branson Dental are always the best. Rick has put together a winning team year after year and has always served our family with excellence. That's why we drive from Springfield for our dental work.
I love Branson Dental Center for their professionalism and caring. Dr Quigg and Matt make me feel I am part of the family. Their office staff is great too!
For a girl who avoids the dentist, I had an incredible experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They didn't make me feel terrible for taking a VERY long break from dental visits. I will for sure be going back every 6 months to take care of my teeth!
I had a very pleasant experience today at your office, all the way from checking in at the front desk to making appointments at the end. Amy was the one doing my checkup/exam and was very informative of what she was doing, explaining things all along the way. I know she took extra time to finish up when she might have had another patient waiting, but was trying to do a very thorough job. I have been coming to this facility for many years even brought my kids in as well they are now grown and on their own . But I still come the Ambiance is amazing the customer service is just as great the staff is well informed and very tentative to your needs. Wonderful
