The staff is always so pleasant, helpful, and caring. I feel the prices are higher than other places.
Please give my best regards to Richard and all of the wonderful staff who have taken such great care of me for over 30 years. I am moving to Arkansas to be close to my son and his family as I am alone here now since I lost my wife ten years ago. I will stop by to say goodbye in the next few days. I got a appt very fast and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was in the area for work and they helped me out and got me out of pain.
My experience for this visit was excellent. Appointments were running on time. The hygienist was professional, personable and knowledgable. The dentist verified the hygienist imput on a concern to my dental health. The whole appoinment was informative and pleasant. I would reccomend your practice to anyone.
From being greeted with a smile and offer of drinking water, to relaxing in the waiting area, to being called in on time for my appointment and offered a pillow as a head rest, I felt I was a valued patient and everyone was concerned that I was comfortable. Dr. Shroyer performed the procedure that was more involved than I expected, but the results were perfect. Charges were reasonable & cashier wrapped things up nicely.
If you are like me and have dreaded the whole dental experience, please take my advice and make an appointment with Branson Dental. From the minute you walk in you are put at ease. Great care had been provided to make your visit the very best it can be. The entire staff is awesome. They are caring, knowledgeable, professional and just over the top excellent! Not to mention everyone has a sense of humor-they understand me and they will understand you!
Everything was excellent.i had a 7:30 appointment and I'd communicated that I needed to be out of the chair leaving for a meeting no later than 9:10. Matt and company had me on my way by 8:30. Thanks!
