CrossFit B.O.B. started out as a simple idea - Open a gym that was focused on its members to truly help them build a foundation of fitness without drama or judgment. If you are new to CrossFit you will be happy with the attention and care given to your training. If you are a pro, you will be excited when you see the space we have created for you to break through and reach new gains.
