This is by far the best CrossFit gym I have ever been too. There is a healthy balance between community and competition. Everyone is incredibly supportive of each other and it's truly like a family. The coaches and owners are knowledgeable and always willing to work with, and motivate you. They always keep the gym clean and have really nice equipment.
Had a great drop in session and was greeted with a friendly group! No shy ones there!
