CrossFit B.O.B. started out as a simple idea - Open a gym that was focused on its members to truly help them build a foundation of fitness without drama or judgment. If you are new to CrossFit you will be happy with the attention and care given to your training. If you are a pro, you will be excited when you see the space we have created for you to break through and reach new gains. This is by far the best CrossFit gym I have ever been too. There is a healthy balance between community and competition. Everyone is incredibly supportive of each other and it's truly like a family. The coaches and owners are knowledgeable and always willing to work with, and motivate you. They always keep the gym clean and have really nice equipment.
Had a great drop in session and was greeted with a friendly group! No shy ones there!
Excellent gym. Fun for all ages and capabilities. Exceptionally welcoming.
