The coaches, the community, and the wide range of schedules make you want to keep going! I love the way every workout can be tailored to fit whatever skill level you’re at. The amount of strength I have gained in 3 months of consistency is amazing to me. I’ve struggled with my weight for the past few years and tried everything from running to workout videos and home weight lifting with light dumbbells but never saw any results like this. The visible progress has really kept me motivated. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.
I've been going to Crossfit Bemidji now for almost 6 months. I am not young or athletic and was hesitant to sign up. However, I have found that these are not requirements to join. The owner and coaches are 5 star! They help you, as an individual, to reach your goals, modify things to your needs and encourage you every step of your journey to health. I'm so glad that I am a member of this awesome gym.
Bemidji CrossFit is a one of a kind place where you can have fun, in a supportive environment, while getting stronger. I'm new to strength training, but after hearing about CrossFit for many years, decided to give it a try. The coaches and athletes there are TRULY amazing, they make you feel right at home, and help you grow based on "your" goals and fitness level. I always enjoy going to class! Keep up the great work CFB!
This gym has the best workout community!!! So much support and encouragement. Also, there is a wealth of knowledge that the coaches have!
