This place is awesome, my husband and I normally drop in when we visit my dad. Every week, work outs are fun, challenging and varied. Love the owners, the members are also incredibly welcoming. THIS is the old school definition of CrossFit. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this box for years. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the owners, the skill of the coaches and the goodness of the other athletes. I always feel better both physically and mentally after a workout here.

Great owners, staff and athletes. Very welcoming. If you are in the area check them out. I love a long workout with a combination on movements and this one was with lots of rowing, rope climbs, sandbag cleans and pull-ups.
