I drop in from time to time since I don’t live locally and every time, without fail, I have such a great experience. The owner, coaches, and members are good people and I feel like a part of the community for that hour I’m there. The programming is accessible for all experience levels to be challenged and the coaches do a wonderful job at making sure everyone gets a good workout. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Amazing CrossFit gym! Noah and all the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping you improve. They focus on proper form and give helpful, encouraging feedback that makes you feel supported—not overwhelmed. The community here is next-level—everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Amazing gym. Great coaches that are knowledgeable and help you out. Members are amazing, super friendly and make work outing out together fun. It is more than just a gym, but a great community to be a part of. I was sad I had to leave. Will 100% be back when I’m in town.
I am just visiting Redondo beach for the first time for a wedding and I looked up “close CrossFit gyms to my location “ before our family trip. It’s always a little nerve wracking “dropping in” to a new gym , especially when I’m still learning CrossFit. I did a week pass and met Gus and the class at a 4 pm class , the way I was welcomed in was incredible! I went every day this week after that, made friends, and worked hard!
