A great place with motivating and supportive instructors who have built a uniquely fun community. Its the highlight of my day, and I've made my best friends in Houston there.
Super great atmosphere. Awesome scenery just outside the loop. Unique workouts everyday and positive attitudes with all of the instructors and members. Can't wait to come back!

I love this box. Eric and Al are very knowledgeable and make sure that form and technique takes precedence over everything else. The morning crew are great group to work with.
