Before starting at CrossFit Barwon I lived a sedentary lifestyle that was lacking confidence and motivation to do anything. I was a complete beginner to fitness and new to really moving my body around! Great place to keep fit for not just the young but the older person like me. Dudley is a true professional trainer that personalised a program to fit my needs, but also they make it fun and like a part of a family....highly recommend anyone to join Crossfit Barwon.
