Great gym! Signed up myself and my teenage son for 3 weeks while I was visiting family, they were super welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking to get into CrossFit. This gym makes me wish I lived in Denison full time.

My first week at this gym and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. The workouts are tough, well explained and adjustments explained for injuries, with lots of encouragement from the coaches and members.
