Great gym! Signed up myself and my teenage son for 3 weeks while I was visiting family, they were super welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking to get into CrossFit. This gym makes me wish I lived in Denison full time.

My first week at this gym and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. The workouts are tough, well explained and adjustments explained for injuries, with lots of encouragement from the coaches and members.
First time cross-fitter here. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Coach Micah was very friendly and welcoming as was the rest of the group there...even though it was 5:00 am. Coach Micah was willing to modify the exercises for me as I was new and took the time to walk me through each one. He made sure everyone was doing the exercises correctly throughout the class. I never felt out of place even though I needed extra attention. It was a fantastic experience overall!
