Excellent private gym. I have been faithful member going on average 3 times a week for 3.5 years. Jon has helped me loose 40 lbs. And my strength and balance are better than 35 years ago. The owner knows the human body and mussels better than anyone I have ever met. Would not go back to one of the big box gyms.
Love having CrossFit Avenged as our neighborhood gym. It is always clean & never too crowded. The owners & staff are all dedicated, qualified & extremely friendly! Cant recommend this gym more!
