Incredible facility and amazing community! I dropped in for a few days while in town and can't say enough good things about Ashlar. Everyone made me feel right at home. This place is exactly what you're looking for in a gym and has something for everyone. It will quickly become the best part of your day!
This gym rules. The coaches, the members, the atmosphere, the vibe, etc. I've been coming here for over 7 years and I can't imagine ever not being at Ashlar.

Having left a really tight knit crossfit community at my old gym I had high standards coming in as a new member. Tarra, Glendon and the staff have made me feel at home and it feels like I have found my new people. It was helpful to see many familiar faces and the existing members who have been at Ashlar for years all create a space that makes a new person feel at home. Great gym owned and operated by Tara and Glendon. All the coaches are so knowledgeable and able to find movements for whatever your level of mobility or fitness is. Super family friendly and very inclusive and welcoming to everyone!
