When I was looking to join a new gym nearby, I relied heavily on Google reviews to learn about this place. Now, after a year of training here, I can absolutely confirm what everyone said - the community here is incredible! The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, the space is well-equipped, and they regularly host events that bring everyone together. CrossFit Arsenal has been home gym for close to a decade now. I lost a bit of weight here while getting stronger, faster, and more importantly, healthier. It’s a great place to be if that is also your goal. This gym is set up with multiple CrossFit classes if you don’t what to do with programming or workout. A lot of people do come in to do their own workout too. Pictures included a picture of us learning about Olympic Weight Lifting.

I will ALWAYS love Arsenal. This was my gym from 2014 to 2023, and I miss it every day. My husband and I moved from the city, and the ONLY hard part about leaving was needing to leave this gym. We miss the community, the people, and the incredible efforts that Jason, Seth, Emily, and all of the coaches here put in to make this such a special gem of a community and fitness house.
