I spent a week training at Arsenal Health this August. I was made to feel immediately welcome. Coaching staff and owner are knowledgeable, attentive, easygoing, and just enjoyable to be around. The programming is adapted three skill levels and was perfectly challenging for a 14 year athlete. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike.
I didn’t think I would be able to get into a regular strength training routine because historically I haven’t maintained a gym routine beyond about 6 months. But I can report that now I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and most importantly, getting my strength training in on the regular! Amazing CrossFit studio for anyone who wants to challenge themselves! The schedule is incredibly convenient for a working parent. Every class is different and never boring. Instead, it’s highly motivating because you are training alongside dedicated people who show up religiously. Incredible gym and better community! The coaches and team at Arsenal are incredible. Providing strong programming and support would recommend the team here to anybody looking to improve their fitness needs!
