First time joining a CrossFit gym and I love it! All the coaches are awesome. Great atmosphere! Love the attention they each give to make sure you’re getting technique down.

Great sense of community here; highly recommend for those who appreciate working alongside others. Monica will certain take care of you if you’re open to feedback and like being guided through the workout. The schedule is also a huge + with the abundance of classes throughout the day to choose from.

I had originally started my CrossFit journey about 2015/2016 and was blessed to have CF Apollo close to my home. What I didn't realize was the biggest blessing was the community. I left in late 2017 due to personal health issues and finally got cleared to join in again in late 2024. To my emotional heart, I was greeted as if I had never left!
