I’ve been a member of a couple of other CrossFit gyms and Alpha Dog is the best! Great coaches who make you feel welcomed and provide great feedback to help you be the best you can be. Overall the friendliest group of people and a spacious, clean gym with the option to have 24/7 access is a huge plus!
Super Box, outstanding Coaches, Mayhem Affiliate Programming, state of the art Rogue equipments. Great Box for new to Crossfit athletes, aspiring Game athletes, drop-in, DIY open-gym or just meet new friends. Keep up the good work.

CFAD is an outstanding gym and community of people! It was the first CrossFit gym I had ever attended and I was extremely intimidated when I first joined but they welcomed me and showed me the ropes. It’s been over 2 years and I am so grateful that I have had the opportunity to push myself with the CFAD crew every week!
CrossFit Alpha Dog is a fantastic gym with both great coaches and great members. Although my time was short, I loved coming to the gym to get better physically and to spend time with great people! I would recommend it to everyone!
