My wife and I are incredibly thankful for the professional and knowledgeable staff at CrossFit Alanis. They are able to meet you where you’re at and program fitness and holistic wellness for you wherever you are in your fitness journey. My wife was mildly timid about walking into a CrossFit gym at first, but after meeting the staff she we was excited to reprioritize her fitness and wellbeing after having two children. We are very thankful for all we have learned and how we have grown in our time at CrossFit Alanis.

I’ve been coming here for just two weeks, starting as a complete beginner, and I couldn’t be happier! The coaches are amazing—always patient, encouraging, and great at guiding me through proper form and each workout step by step. I usually have a bit of gym anxiety, but this place truly feels like a judgment-free zone where everyone is supportive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This gym is so clean and organized! It is efficient and has a fantastic team that thinks of all the details with correcting form to offering cold wash cloths. I was impressed and look forward to my next workout with them!

CrossFit Alanis is Amazing ! Joining has truly changed my life. The community feels like family and the workouts are designed for everyone, so no one feels excluded. The coaches are always supportive. Thank you, Jill, for encouraging me to try something new—all the coaches at CrossFit Alanis are amazing!
