Crossfit Akron is the place to be. Great coaches and great workouts.
I'm really ambivalent about Crossfit Akron. On the one hand, the trainers are well-trained and helpful during the workouts. I definitely became more strong and flexible during the time I was in Crossfit (August-March). On the other hand, their business practices are shady. They don't list their prices on their website, nor do they tell you what their prices are until after you've gone through a workout with them. The price my husband was given was $130 a month. The staff at CrossFit Akron and Akron North are second to none. They are extremely knowledgeable and combined with the "community" of men and women working out together... well it simply has to be experienced! Thanks Josh! For some reason it appears that my rating is a "3"?? My rating is EXCELLENT because they did not have anything higher.
