Now a year in and I wake up excited to go to the gym nearly every morning. After a year of being hesitant, and seeing my wife benefitting, to my surprise CrossFit Aerial has changed my life in more ways than health and fitness. Great welcoming community of people. Coaches are very helpful, fun, motivating, and knowledgeable.

Love everything about the gym! Always a nice variety of work out plans working strength and cardio. Nice equipment and comfortable atmosphere…. Troy and Mikaela are the best!!

Good warm ups relevant to the main workouts, which are tough, but Mikaela is always right there encouraging you. She watches your form closely to help make sure you’re doing the workouts safely and effectively. If a modification is needed, she provides it so you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. Never thought I’d get a running high from anything other than running but here I am. :)

This gym and CrossFit have been so amazing for me personally. It was intimidating to try something new but the coaches and other members make the atmosphere so inviting. The workouts are always scaled so you get an excellent workout no matter your skill level. The variety in the workout each day makes it fun and challenging. All the coaches are so helpful and supportive. I would never have done any of this at home or on my own. Mikaela and Troy have a great thing going!
