This is a very supportive group of people! They have challenging workouts that can be adjusted to your level. There's no shaming if you're not a top athlete. I love the new addition of a monthlu challenge here and there to keep things fun. I was afraid to try crossfit, but I'm so glad I did! This is a great place to try, too, because their prices are very reasonable.
Yeah Dawg
This is the best Gym with the best Coaches! People are nice and you get the attention you need. They helped me train for a race and I did great! All fitness levels welcome.
Jeff Boehler is knowledgeable and truly puts his everything into this space!
