Pat and his team are simply incredible. The atmosphere is full of fun and love. I’m so glad I found such a welcoming community so close to home.
CrossFit has it’s acronyms and lingo that might intimidate you at the start. However, that doesn’t last long. Each and every session starts with the coach explaining what you are going to do, then actually demonstrates the exercise. My husband and I did a free week trial, it was challenging but we kept showing up by the end of the week we knew we needed to join in. It has been such great physical and mental therapy, we both are feeling stronger and we know that it is the best investment for our health. I was super nervous to go to a CrossFit gym. Pat and his coaches were so welcoming and made me feel successful from day one. I’ve been here almost 3 years now. The awesome programing and great community keep me coming back!
