Very welcoming! Love the intro coaching before you start getting into the actual sessions. The owners will make sure you’re prepared to handle the basics of CrossFit before you even start working in the group classes. Just started but i love it so far.
I have been able to gain. I believe all CrossFit gyms are competitive but you can do level you. Zach is very welcoming and the coaches are amazing from CrossFit to Hyrox
About 5–6 years ago I walked into CrossFit 9 Degrees not really knowing what CrossFit was or what to expect. What I found was far more than a workout. It’s brought strength, resilience, and a community that continues to support and inspire me. My health brought me through the door, but the coaches and members are the reason I’ve stayed. Thankful to be part of such a great gym.
