All of the coaches push you and get the best out of you! Great coaches. CrossFit 9 Degrees is also a very welcoming gym. Zach and Leah have done a great job at creating a welcoming environment for everyone!
This is a great place to workout. The coaches are always making sure you are using good form and being safe while also challenging you if things looks too easy. It is one of my favorite ways to spend an hour.
I love this place. Just got back into it after being away for a while and it felt like I never left with the feeling of everyone around. Coach gives you great tips and tricks on the specific movements, and pushes you to do your best. Definitely would recommend to others to come out and try
Love my workouts and the coaches at 9 Degrees. They make sure that a beginner like me doesn’t feel behind.
