Great workouts, great people
I joined CrossFit 9Degrees because I wanted to “get in shape.” I did not realize the shape would be “sweaty starfish gasping on a rubber floor.” From day one, the coaches were aggressively cheerful. Nothing says motivation like someone smiling at you while you question every life choice that led to burpees at 5 a.m. They shout things like, “You paid for this!” which is both encouraging and legally accurate. As someone brand new to crossfit, this gym has made me feel so welcome and confident in my workouts. Coaches are wonderful and the people are super encouraging especially for a newbie. Highly recommended!
