Signed up for golf performance program. In only 4 weeks of training I noticed a big difference on the golf course already!Â
I'm almost at the 2 year mark of joining CrossFit845 and I hope I never have to leave! The strength I've gained both physically and mentally has improved my life in every way. Huge thanks and kudos to the coaches (especially Christine!!) and Dave for creating such a positive environment and culture at CF845!Â
