Great place! Great people! Helped me lose weight and continue to help me lead a healthy lifestyle! Members are welcoming and motivating. I highly recommend.
The BEST! Never ever did I think I would actually join a CrossFit-style gym. However, from the moment I walked in the door, the coaches and gym members immediately made me feel welcome. Every day is a different workout that is challenging for everyone attending but can be scaled down to suit your fitness level and goals. This is an amazing gym filled with amazing people!
During a Divorce my current wife wanted to sign me up for a weight loss program. This programed then evolved into 822 Athletics, or Rise Boot Camp. I spent 2 wonderful years in and out of this gym. These were some of the best years of my life. Not only did I lose weight, but I found a community that all aligned with the same goals as myself.
