Dropped in a few times while visiting for the holidays and really appreciated the welcoming environment. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid drop-in experience.

I dropped in from Chicago and had a great experience. The place is pretty big and open and plenty of equipment; great setup. The coaches are welcoming and the atmosphere is really friendly. Special thanks to Dan for showing some great power snatches tips!! Definitely a great place to get a solid workout in!
CrossFit 8 mile reminds me of family. From the members to the coaches, everyday at the gym is fun, tough, rewarding and much more. The programming is great with just enough individual coaching but with a group atmosphere. Everyone can do all the workouts, there is the RX version and a ton of scaled options. You don’t always want to go but you feel like you accomplished a lot once you’re done. Days like Murph and Friday Night Lights really show how great the membership is. Drop in for a class and I’ll see ya in the AM!
