Do not wait to visit CrossFit 737. This is the place to come exactly as you are. I’ve been a client here since 2020, and a cross fitter since 2014. I’ve watched every kind of person in every season of life go through this modality at this gym. This is not the ‘break yourself and wreck yourself’ gym. This is the BUILD yourself and get better gym. I visited here over the weekend. This is a great place with even better people running it. I really enjoyed the comradery amongst the owners and other athletes.
