I visited here over the weekend. This is a great place with even better people running it. I really enjoyed the comradery amongst the owners and other athletes.

The level and quality of training is really exceptional. I feel simultaneously pushed to unlock my physical/athletic potential and well protected against potential injury and unnecessary strain. It's a fun, challenging, positive environment. Definitely recommend.
