I've been going here for 6 years and absolutely love it! The coaches are great and the community is fantastic, I've met a lot of my friends through the gym! When I started CrossFit I could barely do any of the movements, 4 years later I started doing competitions! Highly recommend joining if you are thinking about it!
Great workouts, Great group of ppl, Kyle and the coaches make sure you’re moving properly so you don’t get injured, the workouts are adjusted to your fitness level. I always leave feeling better and surprisingly have more energy and focus for the rest of my day.
Really needs to work on soundproofing their space. SO loud in and around this business
Had a drop in last week. Coach was great, members were super friendly. Equipment seems top notch. We just did box jumps and sit-ups so I couldn't check out the weight lifting gear. It's a little small, but looks right sized for a class of about 10 folks. Lots of rack space. I'll likely be back as their monthly rate was pretty reasonable
