Love my classes! Addicted to crossfit now and the team is fab. I have been recommending this to all my friends as this is an excellent mix of cardio with strength training.
Highly recommend. A great place with friendly people and staff. A sure way to have accountability when you need it. The energy, the support/encouragement, and common humanity is wonderful. It’s okay to start mortified!!
I took a beginners class with Terri that was so helpful in getting me acclimated to CrossFit. The coaches are very helpful and it’s just an overall welcoming environment for newcomers to CrossFit.
I have really enjoyed my time here. I started in beginner classes and now I am in regular classes and I love it! The teachers are very friendly and always willing to help and teach you! Every day is a challenge but ends up being fun.
