Dropped in for Open Workout 26.2 and they were very welcoming. Communication was great and I met multiple coaches at the gym. Great staff, really helpful. Easy location to get too. Would absolutely drop in or join if you’re in the Glendale area.
Coach Ken was great and chill for 5am class. The 5am crew were friendly. We had laughs while getting through a great WOD

I dropped in here while out of town for a baseball tournament for my son. Great workout, great coaching, really friendly members. I’m going to try to come back.
