Dropped in at CrossFit 623 while I was in town and had an awesome experience. The coaches were super responsive when I reached out beforehand and made everything really easy. Before the workout, they introduced me to a bunch of people in the class, which was awesome. The workout itself was tough but fun as hell — exactly what I was hoping for. Great vibe, great coaching. I’ll definitely drop in again next time I’m in Phoenix!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this cross fit family. I’ll never forget my first time going! Awesome full body day that left me sore and feeling STRONG. Cross Fit is dope because it really shows you what you’re capable of!! You’ll be doing things you didn’t know you could! During my travels, you can always find me at a CrossFit gym. Hesitant with the AZ heat though, I proactively reached out with Qs on upcoming workouts to help plan my day or if I could do it (I despise the heat!). Not only did the owners text me immediately, they sent me screenshots of all 4 days WODS of me being in town with my partner. They even provided us a free day pass And Saturdays are free so we hit up both! We felt so lucky and were grateful to get to have a CrossFit gym home away from home. It has been an amazing experience since I started here. The best coaches too!! Helped me perfect my form in all movements and I’m still learning and improving. Big thank you to Coach Ken & Coach T.
