100% recommend-Excellent BOX ! Dropped in on 10/4- Coach Anne Marie was super helpful and inviting. She made the drop-in process super easy . The coaching was excellent and the WOD was deadlifts and biking (yeah) - equipment was in great condition and the facility was clean and well set up. Can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in the area JD
Great facility, coaches, and community. When I am visiting my hometown I will drive an hour to drop in at this gym.

Fantastic gym! The coaching staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the community is welcoming and so much fun to be a part of. Wouldn’t want to spend my mornings anywhere else. Highly recommend!
From first entering the facility and being greeted by many athletes to the layout and cleanliness of the gym we were ecstatic! Child care was a massive bonus as well. Alot of gyms don't do the greatest with warm ups or coaching technique but both coaches were top tier. Wish we could go back soon!
