FMFC has changed my life in more ways than I could count. From the consistent support to the incredibly coaching, this place is a rare find. If you are looking for a community that enjoys fitness, regardless of where you are in life, this is the spot.
Fantastic environment with really supportive people. I wasn't very active prior to Findley. Easily bogged down with decision fatigue, working out on my own was a non starter. Since joining the community support has been a major help, the coaches are clear with their instructions and it makes the grueling workouts a lot more bearable. Findlay Movement is an incredible community of people wanting to incorporate fitness goals into their lifelong plan for a healthy life! While it looks like the main focus is building a strong body to carry you forward as you age, the coaches also encourage you to think about your lifestyle as a whole. They offer a ton of community events that are well supported by friendly people! I'm part of a book club that switches between a fun fantasy book and a self help book every other month!
Findlay Movement is so much more than a gym. It is a community where we respect each other and a desire to stay functionally fit. No matter age or fitness level. Everyone is accepted and encouraged.
Truly the best gym! No need to be perfect or an expert here. All levels are welcome and will fit right in. I joined Findlay movement three years ago, and have not only been able to work on my health and fitness goals in a safe, welcoming environment, but have also gained a family. This place means so much to me, and community is everything.
