Very welcoming place . Everyone cheers for each other. Coaches are great. No matter what level you are at you’ll get a great workout.

I am used to going to a workout class, doing my thing and then leaving. This place lives and breathes community and it's been apparent since day one. They notice you, cheer you on and encourage you to do your very best. I was so apprehensive about Cross Fit, thinking it was just for 'hunks'. There are all ages and sizes at this gym and it is very motivating. The coaches do a great job at breaking it down and meeting you where you are at. Very beginner friendly, I say give it a try!

After being a member at a large gym in the past and more recently at a cardio gym that is orange, 😊, I can honestly say that Reebok CrossFit 306 is by far the best place I’ve ever been too. Jason Cain the owner of this locally owned business welcomed me the second I stepped in the front door as if I had been coming there for months. Made me feel very at home. 3 weeks later and after being coached by TJ I can say that I have never been trained more professionally or been trained by someone with more knowledge. CrossFit 306 is an outstanding gym with a motivating atmosphere and supportive coaches. The workouts are challenging yet suitable for all fitness levels. The community is welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. I’ve seen great progress since joining and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
