It’s always a productive and fun time here! I’ve been coming for a few months and Tim has been a great coach to work with. The culture and comradery he’s created is very encouraging to a newcomer like myself.
My experience here has been amazing. My usual experience with CrossFit has been less than welcoming. At this location, not only have I felt welcome, I’ve felt seen and cared form, which may sound weird for a gym. I’m encouraged to do my best. With that, I’ve found motivation to do what I can and test my own limits.
I joined a couple of weeks ago, and I really enjoy coming here. The coaches are amazing, accommodating, and extremely helpful with all the WODs. Very welcoming community; I appreciate the camaraderie.
