In Oct 2015 I was (gently) pulled into this gym and immediately nurtured. I didn’t think that I was “ready” or “in shape enough” for CrossFit but was pleased to find out that all fitness levels could take part. I still remember my very first workout(15.5) and it’s my personal benchmark every time we do it. Now 10 years later, I have some of the bestest friends that I could ever hope for & a better relationship with myself too!

Joined April/May 2024 and have already started to get stronger. The various hours makes it easy to get a workout in the morning or afternoon. Johnathan and his staff are great coaches also!
I choose CrossFit 30004 while I was in the area because part owner and coach Layla was a social media friend of mine. She allowed me to attend open gym before heading to the airport to hop on a plane. She is a very knowledgeable coach and super kind human. The space at CrossFit 30004 is huge and plenty of room and equipment for you to get a great workout and improve your fitness. I would definitely go back and drop in again plus I’ve made a lifelong friend in person not just online now so cheers to that!! 🙌🏼
