Great CrossFit gym with a welcoming community, knowledgeable coaches, and challenging workouts that can be scaled to any fitness level. The atmosphere is motivating, and everyone encourages each other to improve. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get stronger, fitter, and have fun while doing it!
Great programming and coaching.
In Oct 2015 I was (gently) pulled into this gym and immediately nurtured. I didn’t think that I was “ready” or “in shape enough” for CrossFit but was pleased to find out that all fitness levels could take part. I still remember my very first workout(15.5) and it’s my personal benchmark every time we do it. Now 10 years later, I have some of the bestest friends that I could ever hope for & a better relationship with myself too!
Awesome gym! Great atmosphere, coaches, owner, should have tried a long time ago!
Great programming and coaching. Highly recommend.
