I highly recommend Crossfit 28. I dropped in for a month while I was there for work. The members and staff were incredibly welcoming. I even remember on several occasions I mentioned I wanted to stretch and the staff put romwod up on the tv projector for me to stretch. I can’t say enough nice things about them. If you are in the area, give them a try!
This is my second drop in at CF 28. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. The other athletes are welcoming and positive. I look forward to many more drop ins at CF 28. Thanks for having me!

They have great coaches! They are always ready for classes. They have put great thought into the workouts and are very organized! As a person who has never lifted weights regularly, i learned a great deal about technique and safety during workouts while i attended the boot camp! The people who workout regularly are close knit and VERY encouraging! It’s a great place to workout and learn about a healthy lifestyle. ❤️
